GOOD GOVERNANCE AND JUSTICE
Monitoring the implementation of the following activities in the Districts:
- Mobilizing citizens to actively participate in government programs (elections, community work Umuganda, Itorero civic education program, annual national celebrations, the commemoration period for the Genocide against the Tutsi, maintaining cleanliness, and other initiatives).
- Encouraging citizens to develop a strong sense of patriotism by safeguarding national security and protecting people and their property.
- Addressing citizens’ concerns through community assemblies (Inteko y’Abaturage), the District Coordinating Committee, weekly problem-solving meetings held every Wednesday, community mediators (Abunzi), and ensuring the enforcement of court judgments.
